Bob Snyder has been involved in the direct sales and real estate investing industries for over 30 years. In 2011, Bob founded Renatus as a way to give back, to pass on to others the knowledge and experience that brought him such financial empowerment.
During his entrepreneurial career he has trained and shared his success secrets with hundreds of thousands of people on the subjects of business ownership, financial literacy, negotiations, the D.R.I.V.E. system and real estate investing. He has done so on five of the seven continents of the world and across the United States.

Does It Really Work?
Yes—when students apply the education, Renatus works. Students across the country have shared documented results through testimonials, case studies, and Renatus Reviews. Renatus education remains current and practical because it’s taught by active real estate practitioners, and students receive lifetime access for ongoing learning.
What Does It Include?
Renatus education packages include up to 500+ hours of on‑demand video training, along with:
Audio MP3s, Workbooks & documents, Closed captions
Quizzes & assessments, Access to the Renatus Back Office Calendar (local events, national trainings, livestreams), Weekly group coaching sessions (included with every purchase), A limited number of 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions (depending on the package), Renatus iOS app access and lifetime education access (included with select packages).
How Do I Know Where To Start?
The Renatus Education Profile (REP) Quiz evaluates your goals and background to recommend a personalized learning path order. Our internal Renatus AI helps students find answers and strategize efficiently. For students who are committed to making the most progress as quickly as possible and get started with the EPX Combo package, we recommend they schedule an appointment with a Renatus real estate coach for guidance. Many also connect with experienced community members for additional mentorship and real‑world perspective.
What is the Renatus Opportunity?
Students may choose (but are never required) to become an Independent Contracted Marketer (ICMs). ICMs can earn income when others purchase education through their referral. Many students become ICMs simply because people ask where they learned their real estate strategies. Check out the Renatus Comp Plan to learn more.
Are There Additional Costs After Purchasing The Education?
Operating a business has additional costs. Every real estate business (regardless of where you learn) will have its own costs, such as marketing, LLC formation, lead generation tools, accounting and legal services, and other business expenses.
Some Renatus education packages include temporary complimentary access to the Renatus IOS system. After the free period, many students choose to continue using Renatus IOS because it is a valuable resource for investors, but ongoing use is optional.
Depending on the package purchased, complimentary lifetime access to the education may be included. This means that when classes within your package are updated, added, or replaced, you automatically receive access to the new or revised material at no additional cost.
